>>11918069yeah it's definitely a bit late, don't know what they could possibly do or say that won't make the situation worse
>>11918091dunno, just joined up yesterday haven't actually spoken to them much yet. the guild advertisement just said that it's basically the boys aged 25+ trying to find a few extra people to hit minimum numbers needed for raid.
i actually quite liked the people in hardcore guilds it was more the immense pressure to be on the cutting edge of gear, grind out money for consumables, etc. made it really easy to burn out
i can't say for certain it's the exact same in korea, but i saw two different sources talking about this sort of phenomenon in japan and it seems like it'd be the same spirit in korea. basically population density is so high and living space is so low that it's basically impossible to stay in for stuff like dates comfortably and movie theaters aren't nearly as popular as a general activity, so cafes are the default choice any time you're getting together with anyone for anything. because of that there are a LOT of cafes that all try to set themselves apart and keep things fresh since if you're going on 4 cafe dates a month you'll be looking for variety.
many of them make this distinction by just redecorating for different events constantly and usually have cute little merch to go along with it that cycles out every few weeks. with that in mind it makes so much more sense that there'd be all these kpop cafes doing special stuff for everyone birthday
