When I sit in these thrones, mainly the Russian one, I will I start WWIII with a nuclear blitzkrieg attack. Since I am the only country that wants nuclear holocaust and no other countries want it, there is a strong game theoretical argument to suggest that I am the winner of WWIII as soon as I launch that attack. At that point, I have conquered the world. (I think it is well known that due to the much thicker tectonic plates in Asia, Russia would come out on top in a total nuclear exchange with the USA.) There will be a period of power consolidation and stabilization of my position but I don't expect that to take more than seven years. I have some other nice plans for the time when I finished establishing dominance.
