>>119512891) Save up for a seaworthy ship
2) Figure out everything you'll need for homesteading on an island that's got literally nothing on it but dirt and buy all that shit too (hint: gardening stuff (incl. seeds because you won't find any there, a lot of fertilizer because the local land won't necessarily be fertile, and composting supplies to make more fertilizer), lumber, carpentry tools, construction tools, fishing stuff, swimming scuba diving gear (for recreation and exercise), underwater excavation tools, furniture, dining utensils, a lot of food and water for the initial trip and first couple months, various recreational things (but no wireless electronics or they'll find you), also your ship will need to be big enough to carry all of this)
3) Sail out onto international waters (be sure to chart your journey in case you ever need to go home for anything or you chicken out)
4) Find a nice spot far away from any land
5) Anchor your ship and excavate the local ocean floor
6) Pile it up all in one place to make an artificial island (do not make it too big, the bigger it is, the more likely it is to be spotted)
7) Fertilize and plant your garden, tend to it daily as you go about the rest of these tasks
8) Build a dock and properly dock your ship
9) Build your house and move your furniture in
10) Enjoy life free from government surveillance
