She has somewhat of a speech impediment, I guess, but it really works good in combination with her character.
Well about the actual appeal, I can't really say much. Besides maybe she's cute and funny, but this is just subjective. Either she vibes with your matter of taste you want from a person or you can just ignore her like the rest of startup agencies.
You can maybe watch a super-cut or a running livestream to find out if you like her.
For Japanese agency you can also take a look into Nijisanji. If Hololive is the Hollywood of vtubing, Nijisanji is the Bollywood knock-off lol
For English-only vtubers, outside of HololiveEN, almost everyone is an indie with different level of production quality. I think I like to always watch a bit of WooHooLad, Haruka Karibu, Nyanners and Your Average Rose if I see them currently streaming.
