You basically have 3 options:
•Mary someone (will be hard because like 5 people live + you use 4chan)
• Buy/rent an apartment/house there + learn Luxembourgian + learn French and or German + learn Luxembourgian history + wait 5 years
• Probably fastest one is to go on vacation there, then get rid of your current citizenship to be officially stateless (getting your money aside is recommended). Apply as a refugee.
