the sad news is that i didn't get to play more of my warlock after all since people were missing because one of the DM's professors was being lame. ultimately it's probably ok though since he's the one who has the most scheduling difficulties and this time it has lead to me establishing that when he can't make it somebody else can just bust out a last second one shot

yeah it's absolutely wild. one guy got accused of cheating on an assignment and he contested it because he didn't cheat. literally every professor he reached out to was on his side, but this guy dragged out the situation so long that the student decided it would just be faster to retake the entire course with a different professor than try to fight a baseless accusation
