You won't always be motivated to do shit. But on those days, just force yourself to do even just 5-10 minutes of whatever task you need to gey done to get you closer to your goal.
For example, I sometimes find I don't want to go to the gym for my usual 1.5 hours. On those days, I convince myself to at least go for 10 minutes. Hell, sometimes I'll even just convince myself to pick up a weight, put it down and leave. The funny thing with this trick is that once you muster up the effort to get up, get dressed, drive over to the gym and step foot inside, you have already got past a massive hurdle. Then usually that 1 set evolves into 3 sets and before you know it you wasted an hour already doing your workout that you didn't want to do.
Point is to try trick yourself into getting work done. Don't worry about "getting motivated" because that will happen naturally, it's not something you can force. But you can force yourself to do boring, hard, and tedious tasks by essentially bartering with your brain.
