Yeah, but I've completed med school and I still live with my parents. I can drive a car, but I don't need to since the hospital is a 30-minute walk from my house. My parents want me to fuck off, but I lie and tell them that I only earn half of what I actually earn so they let me stay.

I still live at my parents as well, but more for the reason of having it easy/convenient for the time being.
Like I said I did nothing work or school related after I graduated. If I want my own apartment or something like that, I would need to get in contact with the (Arbeitsamt) authorities and this gonna be a shit show I don't wanna go through lel. I would have to confirm that I'm jobless and still don't know what I want to do, also I wouldn't be able to pay for my own space without steady income. Then they would try to put me again in an (Maßnahme) internship. Doing meaningless bullshit for free like a janitor. If I would be fortunate enough to get my own space and unemployment benefits (Arbeitslosengeld/Hartz IV) without doing some bullshit, I bet they are going to annoy me with forced appointments for consultations. Also perhaps inhibit me of making the choice of studying something on an university.

Well I can't really pretend to be that retarded because of my graduate certificate. I could only try to convince a medical psychologist to note me down on paper as a severe case of schizotypal personality disorder, because this would be actually be the case if I would make a real mental health assessment. Don't even know if this counts as disability.

My parents suck shit, it was apart of the reason why I did such a fucking long degree so I could get away from them and watch them slowly succumb to aging.

Maybe you can set up hidden cameras around your house and record your parents being violent. When enough convincing evidence has complied, secretly go to the police and if all goes well, just say you're unable to join the German workforce due to your traumatic upbringing.
