Do race and attraction correlate?

I'm trying to decide if it's "ok" or "normal" to be attracted to people outside my ethnicity (not my racial group that's different).
If I'm native american is it ok if I'm attracted to south american natives or some asians? Some people say we're the same people (mongoloid) but I don't want to upset god so is it considered race mixing or?
