>>12007267>I dont like for loopsYeah lol but why? I understand the instinctual reflex of 'I dont get, therefore bad' but why don't they get them? This seems to be a point of particular butthurt for females and other shitters who get into programming, and does indeed seem to be indicative of someone who is ill suited for the profession....but why is it for loops?
>>12007267I've noticed this as well - if you have trouble with fundementals, you are likely incapable of mastering the concept. Sure, you can get through a programming course or two, hell maybe even get a bachelors in the field if you grind hard enough, but good luck when you later have to apply that knowledge. I have pointed this out to people on multiple occasions and they always get pissed when I do, but fast forward a year or two and turns out I was right. This stems from the modern notion that anyone can be good at anything if they just spend time learning it, which is simply untrue and overall detrimental to those who are told such things.
