Does anyone else ever have dreams of not being able to speak, or not being able to move? And then you're in a situation where you desparately need to? Like you're stuck on train tracks with an engine fast approaching, and you can't move more than like a foot per minute? Or you're in an accident, desperately trying to call for help, but unable to make any sounds other than a whisper? What does it mean?
