Lets just compare my home state of NC to your country. Austria has a population
of 8.9 million and my state has a population of 10.5 million.
My state produces nearly 600 billion in GDP and Austria is 450 Billion in GDP. That means that by that metric, a person from NC will produce seven thousand more dollars than an Austrian citizen. No, we are not third world lol. Well at least my state isn't.
