When you meet genuine people who have manners it feels like a breath of fresh fucking air. Even more so if you are at work. I can't tell you how many times a 5 minute wait has turned into a 30 minute issue because as you are trying to work some impatient rude-boy is hooting and hollering at you about how important his time is. So important he calls a manager to complain about how slow you are and how now he is late to his shit eating contest which wastes 25 minutes.
