Ur gna wanna tear out all ur sheet rock down to ur studs if its as bad as that pic lol. The. Ur gonna wanna clean ur studs with bleach/after shock. Hepa vac them all off and re sheet rock.
If there is any insulation, get rid of it put in new insulation. Even go as far as replacing the vapor barrier if there is one.
Wear a respirator and use some kind of negative air machine to exaughst during this process. Also have dehumidifiers going the whole time.
You can also hire out but its costly.

Hepa vac and bleach the walls without removing them, but if the mold has made it to the studs. It will come back again and again.
