Name the worst president in your country and why

In Colombia is Cesar Gaviria Trujillo. This guy let the drugs take control over the country making violence grow, this happend because of his weakness as a leader. The first president that let a big drug leader have his own prision with the money that he had from the drugs and even let that 'prision' have his own rules.
