2. Trump issues an EO calling for a national emergency. The National Guard are in DC because of this.

Maybe Lin Wood is right, and maybe the USA truly has been a corporation since 1870. That means Biden is illegitimate and the military courts are investigating election fraud evidence in DC right now. This is why SCOTUS is acting as if Trump's election lawsuit doesn't exist at all - because it's actually the military tribunals who are investigating it now.
