The Chinese branch was altogether closed out of fear that the CCP will try to put the Hololive members they can reach on their own ground in a re-education camp. In the meantime Artia doesn't hid the fact of being a CCP supporter herself (advocating all punishments for every Hololive member who said something against China) and helped to doxx some related Cover personnel and Hololive members. Anyway afterwards she wanted to keep her avatar model, but of course Cover doesn't let her.
