If from Dalmatia (where I live) you're in for a real bitch but they're somewhat trad and loyal. I very rarely hear about someone cheating on their partner and we're a very conservative region so there's that atleast.
Slavonija, wouldn't know, haven't met many women from there but the region is not doing so good and is suffering so (generalization incoming) they look into any ways possible to escape, they get hot for guys from dalmacija or zagreb so I'd imagine they'd go crazy for some foreigner too.
In any of these, you won't get any of your ideal trad fantasy, they do like western ideals and culture but rarely will a woman really 100% embrace the full globhomo and most women I was with supported LGBT and whatever and they didn't find my anti-pride and globhomo stance relationship breaking (because most men are like that) and you can slowly redpill them. The genetics though... holy shit fuck me if we and the serbs don't have some of the most beautiful women on this earth, I swear as an average dude you can easily get very beautiful women and being on the Med there's a lot of warm days for you to enjoy their beauty. Almost all the male tourists I've met have commented on their looks. And worth noting is they're all giga-protective of their children, so you don't have to worry about a shit mother for your child growing up.
All in all, not what you fantasize but not bad.
