From one of the poorest towns in the country, parents were poor, mother hated me and kicked me out at 18 for reasons out of my control, my first job was cleaning toilets, lived in a tent working 70 hours a week on orchards to save money. I have heaps more hard-luck stories too but I think you get the idea. This country is a fucking shit really, but at least we weren't born in Somalia or something. You can do it but you have to sacrifice a lot.
