Research and clinical experience shows that prophylactically removing wisdom teeth isn't always necessary. A lot of people want to have their wisdom teeth removed out of fear they will resorb (destroy) the neighbouring second molars - this actually happens fairly rarely and there's no absolute need to get them out ASAP at that point, though it's still good to get it done early since the procedure gets harder to do past age 30. However they can often cause inflammation and pain if impacted (turned in an angle that blocks the tooth coming out), especially if they are partially erupted because that forms a pocket that food and bacteria love to go into which also happens to be hard to clean. At that point fine to get them yanked. If yours are not impacted and you have enough space for them in the arch though, it's good to keep them and use them!

I forgot to mention that the type of diet I suggested is only really effective if started and maintained from a very young age, like toddler on.. although it's possible to increase bone density, strengthen facial, dental muscles...you just won't see the benefits of straighter teeth with room for wisdom teeth unless started very young.

I have all of mine, but also grew up on diet described in my other post, my sister however was an absurdly picky eater, I seriously don't know how she survived, she would only eat like 4 different things until her mid twenties... oddly very healthy in pretty much every way but her teeth.
