however the story has to keep going no matter what unfortunately, kind of like a super hero serial where people are still paying so they have to do something.
actually to build on the parallel to superhero bullshit where writing also suffers because the story can't end, in wow we have now done - time travel, alternate universes, cosmic horror, an asian themed spin off and repeat character disappearances, deaths and returns. it always ends up the same way when there's no "end" to a story i guess. kind of interesting how it turns out like that.
