That's a pretty big looking tick! I'd pop an antihistamine just in case but if you feel crappy in the morning I'd get to a doctor fast.

Had one the last time i went to South Africa about that size, the little wanker was half-body deep in my arm & had to soak my arm in very warm water for about 20mins before it let go.
