Are you looking for entirely online experiences or something more personal? Because the former's difficult to have your cake and eat it without a personal connection, and the latter's stunted by COVID existing.
At the same time though, you do have a way to get sonething similar: try to reconnect with those you ghosted, if it's remotely possible. The fear of clinginess is the cause of the ghosting, not the clinginess itself yet, there's still a chance to make friends with people you saw as more consistent to your ideal communicator before anxiety kicked in.
