>>12200956The flag you get when you post depends on your ISP. Western Sahara, Bouvet Island and Heard and McDonalds have no ISPs, so there's no network to connect to with those top level domains. If you go there and post you'll get the flag from whatever ISP you somehow connect to (maybe Brazil from roaming, maybe unknown or satelite provider, maybe Morocco or Algeria in WS etc). The image is outdated, all three have been posted on the boards, not that I understand how the fuck that is possible without any ISPs though.
