grow potatoes in a big bin, pumpkins are easy as shit to grow. itd be fun to clear a patch of soil and dump a couple random seed packets into it, seeds are cheap.
if you want to baby the plants plant the seeds in little containers that you water a lot and then after theyre a bit big plant them in the garden. mints easy as fuck to grow and it outcompetes weeds usually, smells better when you have to rip a bunch of it out. tomatoes are really easy to grow but sometimes caterpillars show up in them.
