It's just a way to distract people, same as drugs, lgbt, trans, gun issues.
They use anything that diverts people's attention from them and their money.
I think Biden understands that it barely works anymore, that economic crisis is incoming and the only way to win is to start a Cold War and they have to blame Russia or China for it.
In that case they can use the excuse their totalitarian government with " OMG IT'S COLD WAR!!1111 We're protecting """OUR""" way of life!!!!11".
Unfortunately for them they can't win and the whole thing will collapse within 10-20 years.
If anything i feel bad for you americans because if they'll start a Cold War you guys will all starve or be forced to eat bill gates bug meat while having no electricity.
