/bant/ my co-workers copy all my manerisms and imitate me every chance they get. they do it right before me as if a was stupid and wouldn't notice.
to be fair, i'm new to the company and rose through the ranks at an insane pace. i basically became workshop manager within 6 month because they're not a competent and have less workplace morale.
i don't know how to deal with this, i feel like i want to abandon all my mannerisms and become an unapproachable and not relatable asshole but it feels wrong.
