I play holy paladin and all I can tell is that dungeons made a in a way that every second pack needs strong aoe burst heals. As paladin my aoe healing only effective the the people are in front of me and I must be in melee range. Imagine telling hunters and mages to get in to melee when there is aoe dmg going on. They wont do. They die and complain about lack of healing.
Also tyrannical and fortified must go in my opinion. They are such boring affixes. Maybe tyrannical a bit less because boss fights can actually be more impactfull, but fortified must go. Also affixes like vulcanic storming and necrotic must go. They add zero complexity to the dungeon run, they are just anoying. Also some dungeons are way way harder to heal. Sanguine Depths second boss do insane amount of aoe or single target dmg and also summons an add that does the same, and they do that at the same time. Boss nuking a single person causing that person to lose 30% of hp every seconf for 5 seconds and top of that the add starts pulsating aoe dmg causing everyone to lose 20%hp every sec and it is tyrannical and it is gravious. Have fun healing that with a cast that has shit aoe healing and only has 1 big heal cd on a 2 min CD and the boss fight does that kind of dmg pattern every 30 second. And again samr dungeon 3rd boss does big aoe explosion dropping everyone bellow 20%hp and 4 seconds after that it does periodic aoe dmg and you have to move around fast to avoid falling shits hitting the ground. I have 4 seconds to top everyone without aoe healing because once shits are falling I cannot cast a single heal from the constat moving arounds to avoid getting hit by shit and on top of that it is tyrannical with gravious. Then there is another dungeon same week same affixes and I dont even break a sweat like myst of tyrana, plague fall, halls of atonment and necrotic wake.
