>>12250897I make a salad dressing with paprika, Crystal hot sauce, garlic/onion powder, chopped reduced sodium olives, black pepper, a tiny sprinkle of ginger, chili powder, red wine vinegar, Chosen EDTA-free mayonnaise, grated Beemster goat cheddar (I grate it myself), basil (it doesn't taste like licorice if you use just a smidge), a couple egg yolks, granular allulose (the syrup version gives you diarrhea) to give it a barbecue flavor, and organic celery chopped by pulling across a cheese shaver (it's like a vegetable peeler) because the nitrates dilate your blood vessels (nitrites in deli are only bad because they form nitrous amines).
I pour it on chopped organic romaine hearts tossed in with spring mix.
Sometimes I mash in an avocado.
I eat canned green beans heated in the microwave with butter.
I do the same thing with frozen organic broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
I also wrap spring mix inside a slice of swiss cheese and eat it:
I roll the spring mix lettuce inside a piece of cheese.
I eat ribeye steak.
