The details: I'm American, but my mom's side is mostly Dutch while my Dad's side 100% Polish. Grew up eating pierogis and Polish sausage, my last name ends in "ski", I'm Catholic, and I'm slavic in the face.

Would the Poles accept me if I learned Polish? I'm a data analyst here in the States so I do have something to offer. Also have degree in philosophy. I just want somewhere else to go to if the US truly becomes too globohomo to handle.
