Hey m-ds you can remove this if it’s off gopnik but pls no bin. I’m not sure if it’s ok, but I have a personal stori about how political correctedness has made bad fun with aspects of my life. Somd yeats ago i was 9th grade math class. I thought something was stupid so I said “wow, that’s rly autistic.” Student next to me and teacher turn and are liek you can’t say that *reddit moment*. They rant and rave and complain about how terribble it was that I said taht. I is berated and get in a mild amount of social trouble wiht my peers. The main line everyone tells me is that I’d understand if I was autistic. Ffw some tiem and boom, college year I find out I’m autistic. Nothing has charged. I’m still the same person and I still think that it’s okay to call somethign autistic. It just doesn’t make cents to tack on social cues to help people who don’t understand social cues. Ffw a year, dayting some boring chick who likes horses. Okay, I think, horses are diferrent and I want to date women who are diferrent, like me. I’m diferrent, so I should accept them being diferrent as well. So I’m dating this gilr, and out of the blue, she calls me up. She says she doesn’t want to date me anymore. I ask why, and she says I maed a jok that was over the line. I asked what one, and she said the Nazi jok. To be clear, while I lurk here, I’m not a Nazi and only have larped to make neurotypicals fear before. I’m liberal right. I didn’t even make a Nazi joke. I told a jok about the 1% or corporatens hating people or something, and then she sadi she was offended by it, and then I said, AS A JOK, A JOK ABOUT A JOK, ‘so no Nazi joks then.’ I asked her if she thought I was a Nazi and she said no. I told her that I wasnt, because I wasnt. I accepted this bitch when she wouldn’t get accepted, but she wouldn’t do the same for me. I told her I was autistic when we started datign and she said she didn’t mind but she obviously did. Pic relate.
