this is a lot like being sober for too long (5+ months) does to a mf
I mean being sober for a fortnight will also do this but after that you get glimpses of "desires" and you can say you "like" certain things again but by the time your dopamone and other important neurotransmitters with their respectable receptors (5HT, GABA, adrenaline I guess... after roughly 5 months) you get back in that black hole of feeling virtually no difference between what used to be your favourite food and an ugly rock
you start to distinguish good food not after taste or texture but rather by how little you have to eat it to feel satiated but without any gaatrointrstinal aches
