I can type with them (not very well), write my name, pick things up and even use a mouse.
I took inspiration from the anime No Game No Life to learn to play certain games with my feet. So when I'm feeling really lit (or bored) I'll play Civ V with my feet while playing something else with my hands.
I'm not washing your stimky poonaner with my feet though :/
