If there's one thing Americans are better at then Europeans it's the coffee culture. In America I can wake up as early as 5am in the morning, Drive to a local McDonalds (McCafe), Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts and order a large Caramel Frappuccino as go with my day. Meanwhile in most European countries you have to go to a small fancy little coffee shop and the best thing they can offer you is a their largest espresso that is served in a medium sized cup.
