yada yada yada pronunciation is piss easy, the language is extremely uniform compared to european languages (especially english), heavy context sensitivity means you can often infer information based on less words. particles are weird but not bad once you get an intuition for them, same with honorifics, kanji is a pain but more tedious than actually difficult. overall it's really a quite easy language, especially if you only want to speak rather than write, but might require more grinding for vocab. hundreds of videos explaining these points no?
