The joke is more meta than what's in the comic. The art style and in perticular the pallete (lot's of pastels and white with thick lines and no sharp edges) is the same as you'd find in the 20 million Jewish hacks on tumblr. So they open the comic expecting it to reaffirm their bullshit, but instead it slaps them in the face.
So binging the whole library is not going to have the same effect, rather, every other week he plays the same prank on them, it always works, which only really makes it funnier.
