either way i recommend a very tasty lil blue cheese sauce recipe for pasta
basically put lots of butter (idk like a third of a knob or something) in a pan
then slowly crumble
a whole thing
of blue chees
into the pan
then add some cream, slowly after the chees and butter have emulsified
