When they post, they use emotional logic instead of normal logic in either discussion of problems or to solve problems. In those cases, they certainly look immature. However, the USA allows such educationally defective people to vote. Thus the USA itself creates new problems and maintains the existence of old problems due to these voters preventing evolution from occurring.
