Instead of other condiments like relish or ketchup, I will put a little bit of mustard along the length of the dog, and then follow with a lot of onions. They give the hotdog a crunchy chew, and any onions that fall to the plate I use a spoon to scoop them up to add to the next bite.
I wish Costco food courts opened up again along with their onion dispenser.
