I don't busy myself with maintaining a dictionary of insults, as they change every day and new ones get 'decided' every day as well.
No, the 'QWOP' part of my 'LGBTQWOP' came from the famous game QWOP, which is an older meme from before you were born I suppose.
It is a silly game, in which you try to control a 2d running character by mashing Q, W, O and P to flex their legs and arms.
The silly nature of the game and it's silly name seemed like a perfect fit for the (in my opinion) silly nature of slapping letters representing sexualities one after another producing an ever increasing garbled mess of ever increasing sexualities represented by more and more letters.
tl;dr: Don't assume automatically people intended to offend you. Nobody likes professional victims.
