why does bant love cirno so much?
i always loved cirno nonetheless but i never really saw how the craze started, i've only been able to see the effects of it.
is it one of those memes where theres no pinpoint place to say 'this is how the meme became', but rather, it slowly but surely grew from seemingly nothing?
