There has been an upturn in dog attacks of all kinds lately, dogs tearing peoples faces off, killing children, old people, going crazy and killing other animals. Should western societies enact a mass culling of the Dog population? I used to like dogs, but now I really don't they're a needy, violent animal that is too resource taking and unpredictable to have in mass numbers.
