Also yeah, a "normal" pace is required to learn something. A regular-ish pace (what frequency this actually is varies from person to person) is the bare minimum, and anyone doing less than that is not learning jack shit. I know this, I'm trying to be a teacher and leave this shithole flag behind. If you want this ritsu dude to learn, motivate them and check up on their learning. If you just want them to stfu, tell them to stfu without any explanation, as none is needed.
