anyway to answer your question, first time i made it i didn't like how it turned out cause i did it on one of those stovetop grill things. was overcooked and the skin didn't even get crispy.
the other day i made it in a pan and it was nice and tender and pink and the skin was crispy but the skin for some reason smelled like shit. idk why, the fat had definitely rendered out. the meat was good but i had to throw away half the skin. i put pepper on it, maybe it burnt? idk. i'll give it one more try before i give up completely.
