The Alfa Romeo 159 is a nice looking car, especially the estate model. It has been my desire to purchase one as a daily vehicle ever since it was shown on Top Gear. But Alfa Romeo is renowned for their unreliability, and most 159s sold in Australia use the "selespeed transmission" which is said to be extremely unreliable and expensive. I do not drive very often but if I ever find a reasonably priced manual Alfa Romeo 159 estate, I may purchase it and become happy
