Pretty comfy growing up, ngl
Grew up playing wc3, runescape and dota on pc.
Had a gamecube and wii for console.

Graduate early 2010s from highschool. I think I got out right before shit got bad. Remember we only had a handful of black kids in our school and one of them murdered some white kid over drug money.

Looking back, you had signs of how zogged everything was becoming, but it was still pretty innocent for the most part.

Feels like ever since 2016 or so, everything went to shit real fast.

I remember early smartphones and social media usage was still pretty innocent.

I graduated Highschool in 2012 so the 2000s were most of my childhood. Comfy decade, technology was beginning to accelerate very rapidly but it was still this awkward phase before smartphones where you had all these weird toys and devices.

TV was also nice as it didn't start getting really degenerate until the 2010s. Late 2000s was also peak youtube, social media was a lot more "simple", an all around better time to be on the internet.
