Why are you saying nonsense again? Why do you want a sleep paralysis when you disliked your sleep paralysis? And you won't need to be able to lucid dream to get into sleep paralysis. I disliked it in the past. Also I need to be able to lucid dream. I can only get into sleep paralyses state if I fall asleep while being counciouss. I can feel my body harden and a high pitch ringing sound. Sometimes I become uncounciouss. Therefore if I can be counciouss in my dreams it would help me a lot. I could give myself a sleep paralyses if I wanted to and have fun lucid dreaming.

It's nice if I can talk with someone who is experienced. Usually it's better that way because I can tell them the specifics and they can probably show me where I should head next. Google works. Can you lucid dream? Also the only lucid dream I had I didn't do anything special that day other then thinking to myself I wanted to lucid dream. Baka just Google "how to lucid dream". It's easy. And ya I can lucid dream but it depends on brain and on if I want to. There are phases when my brain is a baka and gives me lucid dreams like every 3rd day without me wanting and then there are phases when brain doesn't do it but might do it if I want to. I just never know what to do in lucid dream so I just do simple stuff like holding hands with a qt girl, flying and magic. Btw most people online who will tell you they had a lucid dream likely never had one but make themselves believe a normal dream was lucid. So talking about it is bs

Neat Neat. Hoped there would be any useful people here, but it's just you. I have a few ideas and I can go with them. I know I'm capable of lucid dreaming. Also will get higher dose of melatonin for my sleep which will help me lots probably.

Well I remember doing hourly "reality checks" will make you do them in sleep too which makes it easy to find an anomaly which can trigger lucid dream if you realize that but it takes time and you would be already asleep so idk how you could turn it into a sleep paralysis

Oh that I heard about that technique. When I first lucid dreamed I wanted to see clearly with my eyes. I usually dream in third person perspective so I probably became too aware of my body then sleep paralyses.

No your eyes aren't open during sleep paralyses. I can see around my room, but I can feel that my eye lids are closed. Also didn't know that. 90 % of my dreams good and bad are in third person perspective. Sometimes I get a few snippits where I see first perspective, but I can only recall one dream I had as a kid where I saw first perspective.

I know what sleep paralyses is. I had them for years. They feel very real. I always wake up right after having them. Unlike dreams I can perfectly recall them. First time I got one I thought I was gonna die from a demon. I had a few third person dreams where I am another characther and not myself. It's weird. Well most of the time it is me. Have you ever had a sleep paralyses?

That's what normal people call a normal dream... Stop trying to feel special it's not a sleep paralysis at all. No i never had a sleep paralysis but I heard voices before falling asleep when my sleep schedule was messed up. Sleep paralysis just means you wake up but still being paralyzed. It doesn't even have to happen anything but one sometimes hallucinates bad stuff while paralyzed. It's not "teehee I was asleep but I want to feel special so I call it sleep paralysis". Lol nobody has sleep paralyses with open eyes. People who are new to sleep paralyses always assume open eyes. If you look at a person who is experiencing sleep paralyses their eyes are closed, but you can see the eyeballs moving. You are pretty stupid.

It's not dream tier because what I see is more realistic than dreams. Also you always get into sleep paralyses with closed eyes. You can apperently open your eyes if you try hard enough. I used to get out of my sleep paralyses by moving my body.

Take meds. Dreams are very realistic considering graphics (actually looks like irl). I bet you don't remember normal dreams properly, but that dream was a nightmare (nightmares are more easy to remember bc you normay wake up quickly and think about it) so you wanted to feel special and called this nightmare a lucid dream because you saw your room and you were able to remember it well
