I just saw some dude, he must have weighed about 40 stone. He had all bruised legs, clearly from clots. He must have only been about 30 years old. These people are just an absolute disgrace to society. He was buying loads of cream eggs, chocolate, crisps and two bottles of full sugar fizzy drinks. I bet he just goes home now to play on his xbox. Why do doctors even bother trying to keep these people alive with all their free medication?
