All these working class jobs suck and will put you in an early grave. Try and find something better that interests you. But, you could be doing far, far worse. You need to put the blinkers on and get some years under your belt, no matter what. There is no way around this in any profession or career.
Tell your Dad to fuck off, from me. My Dad walked out when I was 2 and I never met him but I'd rather have no Dad at all than your Dad. Tell him that.
