No, that wasn't melodramatic enough. There had to be gas chambers with wooden doors, torture chambers, soap and candles made from human flesh, lampshades made from Jew skin. Bullets are cheap, but no, the Germans had to spend vast resources creating enormous death-torture-porn camps where every building held something out of the SAW movies, all this during a war where they were fighting for their very existence, constantly short on every resource from fuel to electricity to iron ore to skilled labor. And if you say "wait a minute, that doesn't make sense, can I look at that?" they say "NO! Only a NAZI! would question us!"
Don't forget the "death camps" that were only built in areas where the Germans knew a decade in advance would be under Soviet occupation after the war. Every single "death camp" in the US, British, and French occupation zones was found to be a labor camp only. Stalin stopped letting Western inspectors look at the "death camps" he claimed had been found in Soviet-occupied territory when they told the truth about what they found.
Truth doesn't require governments to hold people at gunpoint and force them to mouth the words. Only lies require that. Only lies require "hate speech" and "anti-Nazi" laws to prop them up.
